The "Project to Brighten the World with Repainting" is an initiative by our company to brighten the world and increase smiles by offering free repainting services. This request came from the parents of a local kindergarten, and we carried out the repainting. The mascot, which is well-known and loved by the children and the community for many years, had been carefully maintained and painted by the teachers at the kindergarten. The mascot not only had peeling paint but also had some chipped areas, so we started by repairing those. We polished the uneven surfaces and applied a glossy finish. While painting, we imagined what colors would surprise the children and bring smiles to their faces. The final result was well-received by the teachers and the children, and we are very satisfied with it. Generally, products that undergo baked painting exhibit superior hardness and chemical resistance, with less drying unevenness, resulting in a strong paint film. Additionally, after curing and drying, they can be used immediately once they have cooled down. We would like to introduce the "fence" developed by Fuji Denso. This product was ordered by a customer in Osaka City. It features a two-tone powder coating in yellow and black. During the two-tone powder coating process, after the base coat is applied, masking work is done to paint the first color. After curing, the painted area is masked again, and the second color is applied to complete the process. The result is a beautiful finish without any color bleeding.
